Prior Chick-fil-A experience preferred, including a minimum of one (1) year of Chick-fil-A shift-leading experience

Experience as a leader or completion of a leadership development course

Proven ability to lead in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Basic computer proficiency

High school diploma or equivalent

Comfortable using POS systems and order-taking technology

Ability to multitask with minimal direction

Ability to work on your feet and outdoors for extended periods

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed

Serve as a subject matter expert for Front of House processes

Support inventory and facilities management

Execute opening/closing procedures

Operate POS and order-taking technology at front counter, drive-thru, and outside order-taking

Ensure product quality, cleanliness, and consistency

Assist in all team member positions as needed

Demonstrate knowledge of the Chick-fil-A brand and menu

Complete additional tasks as assigned by leadership
