Peterson Mechanical is looking to hire a full time accounts receivable / payroll clerk
Job duties will include but are not limited to:
- Weekly timecard entry
- Payroll processing
- Job and service order entry
- Entering purchase orders
- Weekly billings/customer invoicing
- Recording cash receipts
- Monthly customer statements
- Reviewing customer aging
- Ordering office supplies
- Answering phones / dispatching service techs per on call schedule
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
