Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented HVAC Install Manager to lead our installation teams in executing high-quality heating, ventilation, and air conditioning system projects. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee project planning, coordinate resources, and ensure timely delivery of installations while maintaining safety standards and customer satisfaction.
Duties
- Lead and manage HVAC installation projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to project specifications, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to facilitate smooth operations on construction sites.
- Develop detailed project schedules using construction management software such as Primavera P6 or HeavyBid, ensuring timely completion of all phases.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide installation processes accurately.
- Monitor construction site safety protocols, enforce compliance with OSHA standards, and address any safety concerns promptly.
- Manage procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring availability aligns with project timelines.
- Conduct quality inspections during installation phases to verify compliance with industry standards and client expectations.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing HVAC installation projects within a construction or industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of construction estimating, project scheduling, and construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Civil 3D, HeavyBid, or similar tools.
- Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics, contracts, and construction site safety regulations.
- Excellent project management skills with a focus on time management and resource coordination.
- Ability to lead teams effectively while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
- Construction site experience with a solid understanding of HVAC systems installation processes.
- Strong communication skills for clear collaboration with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
