Location: Bedford, MA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $43–$52/hour
Type: Contract, 3–6 months with potential extension
Work Arrangement: On-site initially; potential hybrid schedule based on project progress
Position Overview
Seeking an experienced Supply Agreement Analyst / Repository Administrator to organize and manage supplier agreements across a global organization. This contractor will build and maintain a centralized contract repository, review agreements for key terms, track renewals and expirations, and provide reporting to Procurement, Legal, Quality, and Supply Chain teams.
Key Responsibilities
Collect, organize, and maintain supplier agreements and related documents.
Review contracts and capture key information such as effective dates, expiration dates, renewals, pricing, payment terms, and termination provisions.
Build and maintain a centralized electronic contract repository with consistent naming, indexing, and version control.
Track contract expirations, renewal deadlines, notice periods, and supplier obligations.
Create reports and dashboards showing contract status, upcoming renewals, missing documentation, and other key information.
Support Procurement, Legal, Quality, and Compliance with audits and contract-related requests.
Identify missing, expired, or incomplete agreements and recommend corrective actions.
Improve contract organization, tracking, and document management processes.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Legal Studies, Finance, or related field.
5+ years of experience in contract administration, procurement, supplier management, legal operations, or document management.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Strong Microsoft SharePoint, Teams, and Microsoft 365 experience.
Experience managing large document repositories.
Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
Preferred
Procurement or strategic sourcing experience.
Knowledge of supplier agreements and commercial contracts.
Experience with CLM systems such as Icertis, Ariba, Coupa, Agiloft, or ContractWorks.
Experience in healthcare, medical device, pharmaceutical, or other regulated industries.
Pay Details: $42.00 to $52.00 per hour
