Lead SupervisorPosition Summary
The Lead Supervisor is responsible for overseeing security personnel and daily operations across assigned locations. This position provides leadership, ensures compliance with company and client requirements, supports incident response activities, and promotes operational excellence through effective communication, accountability, and team development.
Key ResponsibilitiesOperations Management
- Oversee daily security operations across assigned locations.
- Monitor staffing levels and ensure consistent post coverage.
- Adjust personnel deployment to meet operational needs.
- Support continuity of operations during emergencies, call-offs, and critical incidents.
- Identify operational challenges and implement solutions to maintain service standards.
Team Leadership
- Supervise and support Supervisors and Security Officers.
- Conduct regular field visits and operational check-ins.
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback.
- Promote a culture of professionalism, accountability, and customer service.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for operational and personnel concerns.
Compliance & Quality Assurance
- Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and applicable regulations.
- Conduct inspections, audits, and operational reviews.
- Review reports and documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Address performance and policy concerns through appropriate corrective actions.
Incident Management
- Respond to significant incidents and emergencies.
- Review incident reports and investigations.
- Coordinate with clients, emergency responders, and internal stakeholders.
- Support internal investigations and follow-up actions as needed.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Review operational reports and performance metrics.
- Assist with scheduling oversight and overtime management.
- Track key performance indicators, including attendance, incidents, and service quality.
- Prepare summaries and operational updates for leadership.
Qualifications
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience in security, law enforcement, military, public safety, or a related field.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to make sound decisions in fast-paced environments.
- Experience managing teams and operational performance.
- Proficiency with reporting, documentation, and compliance requirements.

Work Environment
- Primarily field-based with regular travel between assigned locations.
