A professional cleaner for residential and vacation rentals ensures properties are spotless, sanitized, and guest-ready. Key duties include deep cleaning kitchens and bathrooms, vacuuming/mopping, changing linens, restocking supplies, and reporting damages between fast-paced turnovers. This role requires high attention to detail, reliability, and strong cleaning standards.
Job Responsibilities:
- Vacation Rental Turnover:Clean, sanitize, and prepare rental units between guest stays within strict timeframes.
- Deep Cleaning:Sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas; dust furniture, vacuum carpets, mop floors, and clean appliances.
- Laundry & Linens:Change bed linens, towels, and pillowcases; wash and fold used linens.
- Restocking:Replenish essential supplies, including soap, toilet paper, paper towels, and toiletries.
- Inspection & Reporting:Perform basic checks to ensure functionality (lights, appliances) and report any damages or maintenance issues to management.
- Residential Cleaning:Perform standard cleaning, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming for private homes.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Experience as a cleaner, preferably in hospitality or high-end residential.
- Excellent attention to detail and cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Reliable transportation.
- Physical stamina to lift, bend, and work for extended periods.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
