Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled IT Manager to lead our technology initiatives and oversee the organization’s IT infrastructure. The IT Manager is responsible for planning, implementing, and maintaining the organization’s technology infrastructure to ensure security, reliability, performance, and cost-effectiveness. This role oversees network architecture, server management, IT security, user support, and vendor relationships while supporting the company’s operational and compliance needs.
Key Responsibilities
IT Strategy & Network Architecture
- Review and optimize IT architecture annually to improve security, performance, reliability, accessibility, and cost efficiency.
- Practical experience applying AI or machine learning to business problems.
- Stay current on emerging technologies and recommend infrastructure improvements.
- Maintain up-to-date network documentation and diagrams.
- Recommend solutions to keep the organization’s IT infrastructure modern and effective.
Server Management & Maintenance
- Monitor and maintain servers for performance, security, reliability, and availability.
- Perform updates, patching, and proactive maintenance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues promptly.
- Manage hardware/software lifecycle, including maintenance, support, and end-of-life planning.
IT Security
- Monitor and strengthen overall security posture.
- Develop and test incident response plans.
- Identify vulnerabilities and implement security improvements.
- Train staff in security with best practices and protocols.
Property / Operational Support
- Support PCI compliance efforts across properties.
- Evaluate IT environments and recommend improvements in collaboration with property and brand teams.
IT Administration & Governance
- Support SOX compliance and IT controls testing.
- Manage backup, recovery, and disaster recovery planning and testing.
- Track and report IT metrics (e.g., uptime, ticket resolution).
- Oversee IT budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.
- Define requirements for hardware/software procurement and manage vendor relationships.
- Maintain accurate inventory of IT assets and users.
Desktop Support
- Provide end-user support for hardware, software, and office systems.
- Train users on standard applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
- Manage desktop lifecycle, including upgrades and replacements.
- Administer user access for onboarding, changes, and terminations.
Telecommunications Support
- Support and maintain phone systems and communication services.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure reliability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (preferred)
- 8+ years of IT management or senior IT support experience
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, cybersecurity best practices, server and systems administration.
- Experience with compliance frameworks (e.g., PCI, SOX) preferred
- Experience with AI infrastructure strongly preferred

Pay: $90,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
