Overview:
We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Caregivers/Companions. As a Caregiver/Companion, you will provide essential assistance and companionship to individuals in need of support. Positions can also be in surrounding counties.
**Responsibilities:**
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
- Engage clients in social activities and conversation
Skills:
- Familiarity with individuals with disabilities
- Understanding of resident rights and advocacy in home and community settings
- Proficiency in providing home care services
