Job Description:
We are a high-volume, multi-franchise automotive dealership group seeking an Automotive Accounting Specialist to support our deal processing and cash control operations.
This role is focused on the accounting side of deal flow—not funding or contracting. You will be responsible for accurately posting deals, processing wires, managing CODs, and ensuring all financial transactions are recorded cleanly and on time.

What You’ll Do:
- Post retail, lease, and wholesale deals into the DMS
- Process incoming and outgoing wires and ACH transactions
- Manage and reconcile COD (Cash on Delivery) payments
- Issue and track customer refunds and cancellations
- Ensure all deals are posted accurately and in a timely manner
- Maintain clean schedules and assist with daily/monthly reconciliations
- Work closely with the sales and accounting teams to resolve discrepancies
- Support office management with general accounting functions
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–3+ years of automotive accounting or dealership office experience preferred
- Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds (strongly preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle high transaction volume without errors
- Organized, reliable, and process-driven
- Basic understanding of dealership deal structure (front/back gross, etc.)
- Strong communication skills and accountability
Compensation & Benefits:
- $55,000 – $75,000+ based on experience
