Responsibilities:
Interacts with various staff to assure prompt superior service to clients
Maintains all aspects of the insurance program
Promotes customer retention through account review and account rounding; re-marketing accounts
Responsible for helping achieve department and organization revenue growth goals, through customer retention and collaboration within the department and organization
Ability to problem solve and work effectively under tight deadlines
