Key Responsibilities

Provide friendly, timely, and “Guest First” service to ensure every guest feels welcome

Know the menu thoroughly including wines, beers, and cocktails to confidently answer questions and make recommendations

Take and deliver accurate food and beverage orders, following all safety and sanitation standards

Assist fellow team members to create a cooperative and positive work environment

Maintain a clean and organized workstation and dining area

Handle payments accurately and follow cash handling procedures

Adhere to company policies, grooming standards, and alcohol service regulations
Qualifications

6 months to 2 years of related experience preferred

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Required Alcohol Certification and Food Handler’s Certificate

Strong communication skills and basic math ability

Ability to stand and walk throughout shifts and lift up to 50 lbs
