What you’ll sell:
- Live events and experiential productions
- High-impact corporate video
- Creative campaigns for the world's biggest brands
Who you'll sell to:
- The decision-makers at Fortune 1000 and large privately held companies. Not the marketing coordinators. Not procurement. The people who say yes.
What we don't want:
- Relationship managers who wait for inbound
- Anyone whose pipeline is "warming up"
- People who need a script to start a conversation
What we want:
- Someone who reads a prospect list like a menu
- A closer who gets told no and schedules the follow-up
- The person who's been the best salesperson everywhere they've worked and is tired of splitting commission with people who aren't
- A proven track record selling creative services - the years matter less than the wins
The comp:
- Base to cover your life. Commission built for people who close. No ceiling. Health benefits and 401(k) with employer match
