Job Summary
Fast growing company with new ownership is seeking a skilled and experienced Cabinet Hardware Installers to join our Cabinet Install Team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in adjusting doors and drawers, drilling holes for hardware and installing hardware. This role involves working on-site to install hardware and ensure the quality of various cabinets, islands and vanities, contributing to the success installation and completion of our projects. Must represent our company well and be good with clients.
Responsibilities
- Install hardware for cabinetry in kitchens, bathrooms, pantries, mud rooms, bars and studies.
- Adjust doors and drawers to ensure proper operation
- Ensure precision and show attention to detail.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Require driving installation van - a valid driver's license is required.
Requirements
- Proven experience working with cabinetry, adjusting cabinetry and installing hardware.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot installation issues as they arise.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and kneel down to adjust base cabinets.
- Must represent our company well.

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
