Operations Specialist
Tiny Wood Stove LLC
Location: Hayden, ID
Schedule: 10-25 hours per week (flexible)
Compensation: $16-$18 / hr DOE

Role Summary
We are looking for a motivated person to support our Shipping and Inventory Lead in executing an organized, efficient, and accurate shipping and receiving department. The right person has strong attention to detail, gets excited to solve problems, and looks for opportunities to increase efficiency and accuracy. We need someone who is committed to working, can manage their own time, and can work well with a team but is also happy working autonomously.
Key Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment (picking and packing)
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks
- Restocking
- Safe forklift operation (training provided)
- Product Assembly
- General Housekeeping
- Close collaboration with the sales team
- Other duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For
- Fulfillment experience
- Inventory intake and restocking experience
- Excellent communicator
- Someone who values meaningful work, flexibility, and sustainable pace
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to safely move and position up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
- Must be able to safely maneuver packages up to 150 lbs, utilizing provided mechanical aids or team-lift protocols.
- Must be able to remain actively stationed or move about the warehouse floor for up to 8 hours per shift.
- Able to frequently position oneself to move inventory (e.g., bending, pushing, pulling).
