Stakeholder Liaison & Communication
- Serve as a liaison between IT engineering teams, business units, and external vendors to ensure alignment on requirements, priorities, and expectations.
- Communicate analysis findings, risks, and recommendations clearly to both technical teams and non-technical/executive audiences.
- Support organizational change management activities, including developing training materials, FAQs, and communications for process or system changes.
- Manage and prioritize stakeholder requests, maintaining a transparent backlog of asks and their business justification.
Project & Initiative Support
- Partner with project managers on engineering and infrastructure initiatives, providing business analysis, requirements management, and documentation support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support in developing test plans and user acceptance testing (UAT) for infrastructure, systems, and operational changes, ensuring delivered solutions meet documented requirements.
- Track and validate business benefits realization after implementation, comparing actual outcomes to the original business case.
- Support intake and prioritization processes for engineering operations demand, including light-touch scoping and feasibility input.
