Certified ASME Pipe Welder
Location: Walton Hills, OH
Project: 21-Day Shutdown
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
Pay: $40–$50/hour

Position Overview
We are seeking a Certified ASME Pipe Welder for a 21-day shutdown project in Walton Hills, Ohio. The welder will perform welding work in accordance with ASME requirements, project specifications, and established safety procedures.
This is a defined-duration assignment with a Monday–Friday schedule from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM.
Certified ASME Pipe Welder Responsibilities
- Perform welding on 1" stainless steel pipe
- Complete welds in accordance with applicable ASME requirements, specifications, and procedures.
- Read and interpret welding procedures, drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Prepare materials and surfaces for welding.
- Inspect completed welds for quality and compliance with project requirements.
- Maintain welding equipment and work areas in safe operating condition.
- Follow all site safety procedures, PPE requirements, and shutdown protocols.
- Work effectively with other welders, pipefitters, maintenance personnel, and project supervisors.
- Complete assigned work within shutdown schedules and production requirements.
Certified ASME Welder Qualifications
- Current ASME welding certification required.
- Demonstrated experience performing code-compliant welding.
- Ability to read and interpret welding procedures, drawings, and specifications.
- Ability to safely operate welding equipment and related tools.
- Ability to work in an industrial/shutdown environment.
- Ability to follow safety procedures and work independently.
- Reliable attendance for the full 21-day assignment.
Certified ASME Welder Compensation & Benefits
- $40–$50 per hour, based on experience
