Southern Premier Roofing – a 20 million regional roofing company serving North Carolina and Tennessee, headquartered in Raleigh is among the top 1% of roofing contractors in the country. We are currently seeking highly motivated and results-driven individuals to join our sales team for the Raleigh and surrounding areas.
As a Sales Representative, you will help homeowners by diagnosing their roofing issues and how to best address them. Current Sales Reps are making over $17k+ each month, company bonuses are given, and growth within company is fostered, encouraged and expected.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect homeowners’ property, attic and roofing system with provided safety equipment and technology.
- Prepare and present solutions for roofing, siding and gutter related issues.
- Manage and follow up with provided leads, attend scheduled appointments, and close sales.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and exceptional customer service.
DO YOU QUALIFY?
- Must be extremely presentable in person, with strong communication/ social skills (This position requires daily face-to-face interactions with customers, so this quality is vital).
- Must be mission driven, active, energetic, social, and have great people skills.
- Must enjoy heights, the outdoors, overcoming challenges and most of all helping people
- Must have SOME proven sales ability, even if it’s restaurant work.
- Be willing to learn a proven process that puts the customers needs first.
- MUST have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to go to customers homes – Vehicle will be provided once minimum training and sales requirements are met

Pay: $117,000.00 - $155,363.00 per year
