Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Carpenter to join our team. This role is essential in supporting Project Managers and Lead Carpenters to ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.
Compensation
$18–$24 per hour, based on experience

What You’ll Do
Production
Prepare for Projects:
-
Coordinate with Project Managers (PM) and Lead Carpenters (LC) on labor, materials, and scope
-
Organize job site setup, including staging and layout
-
Address safety, security, and dust management plans
Carpentry & Site Duties
-
Perform rough and finish carpentry with minimal supervision
-
Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project documents
-
Install framing, doors, windows, trim, stairs, and other structures
-
Maintain tools, equipment, and job site organization
-
Ensure all work meets quality standards and project specifications
-
Follow all safety guidelines and company best practices
-
Perform basic repairs in related trades when needed
Sales & Customer Engagement

Maintain clean, professional job sites to enhance customer satisfaction

Engage with customers and neighbors in a friendly, professional manner
-
Identify and communicate potential future project opportunities to PMs
Estimating & Efficiency

Support PMs in maintaining project budgets
-
Contribute ideas to improve efficiency and reduce costs

Follow best practices in time management and construction methods
Leadership
