OREQA Technologies is a lean, high-ownership startup manufacturing operation producing industrial products for demanding markets. The Warehouse Coordinator is critical to our material flow, inventory accuracy, and shipping excellence. This role is the gatekeeper for incoming material verification and the quality champion for outbound shipments. The successful candidate will own receiving operations, maintain inventory discipline, and support the entire production team.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Receiving & Incoming Inspection Gatekeeper (40%)
· Verify material documentation upon arrival (certs, test reports, purchase orders, packing slips)
· Organize staging area for incoming materials; coordinate with QA on verification
· Flag discrepancies (missing docs, quantity errors, damage) immediately
· Understand quarantine procedures; communicate hold status to assembly/QA
· Maintain material provenance and lot tracking from receipt to use
Warehouse Management & Inventory (30%)
· Maintain organized, clean, efficient warehouse (5S mindset: Sort, Set, Shine, Standardize, Sustain)
· Manage material flow from receiving → staging → production assembly
· Operate WMS/inventory system: data entry, cycle counts, accuracy reporting
· Identify and communicate inventory discrepancies immediately
· Support material pulls for assembly; ensure correct parts, correct qty, correct location
Shipping & Outbound Quality (25%)
· Prepare customer shipments: verify part numbers, quantities, condition before packing
· Ensure correct labeling (part numbers, serial numbers, lot tracking, hazmat warnings if applicable)
· Coordinate with shipping carriers; generate packing slips and bill of lading
· Double-check outbound material for quality & correctness (zero defects downstream)
· Maintain shipment documentation for traceability
Cross-Functional Support (5%)
· Assist QA with receiving verification and material certification review
· Support assembly with material staging and urgent material pulls
· Participate in warehouse audits and continuous improvement initiatives
· Help with ad-hoc projects (facility reorganization, inventory recount, new process implementation)
CORE QUALIFICATIONS (Must-Have)Warehouse & Receiving Experience
· 2–4 years warehouse, receiving, or inventory management experience
· Incoming inspection awareness: Understand material verification, cert checking, quarantine procedures
· WMS/system experience: Comfortable with inventory software, data entry, report generation
· Forklift certification preferred (or willing to obtain quickly)
· Physical capability: Can lift 50 lbs regularly, stand 8 hours, climb ladders safely
Technical Skills
· Material handling: Know how to stage, organize, and protect materials from damage
· Documentation discipline: Understands lot numbers, serial tracking, material provenance
· Inventory accuracy: Attention to detail; can identify discrepancies between system and physical stock
· Basic problem-solving: Can identify workflow bottlenecks; suggest improvements
Work Ethic & Attitude
· Organization & cleanliness: 5S mindset; warehouse is a visual control system
· Safety-first mentality: Understands hazard recognition, safe stacking, tool placement
· Proactive communication: Flags issues early (missing docs, material damage, inventory gaps)
· Team player: Supports QA verification, assembly material pulls, shipping deadlines
Language Requirement (Preferred)
· Bilingual Spanish/English – fluent speaking & reading
· Helpful for vendor communication, material label verification, peer coaching, safety briefings
· Material handling knowledge (stacking, securing, protecting from damage)
· Attention to detail & organization (catching discrepancies)

Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
