In-Store Brand and Sales Support (Full Time)
Location: Atlanta, GA

Our client runs interactive in-store pop-up events for major brands, and they’re looking for someone who can bring energy, enthusiasm, and a natural ability to build rapport.
This position is ideal for anyone who enjoys fast-paced environments, loves meeting new people, and wants to develop real sales skills in a hands-on, face-to-face setting.
What the Role Involves
You’ll be supporting and representing brands from inside busy retail locations, helping customers experience products first-hand. You’ll be part of the team that drives engagement, increases interest, and supports sales activity through confident, friendly conversations.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers into the pop-up space and start natural conversations
- Present and demonstrate products in a simple, engaging way
- Ask questions to understand customer needs and recommend suitable options
- Support daily and weekly sales goals through active customer interaction
- Build product knowledge to speak confidently about features and benefits
- Help set up, organize, and maintain the brand activation space
- Keep the area visually appealing and aligned with brand guidelines
- Share new ideas to increase customer interest and boost sales performance
