Scope
The Customer Service Specialist role provides prompt and accurate service to multiple customers with proper business etiquette. This role supports and finds solutions for customers in accordance with the company’s troubleshooting guides and diagrams.
Responsibilities
- Processing warranty claims for refrigeration & dry store fixtures at major retail chains.
- Continuous coordination with technicians to ensure service repairs are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Navigating multiple computer programs, scanning documents, making copies, communicating via email and answering phone calls.
Skills
- Multitasking - Must have the ability to work on multiple tasks & functions simultaneously, and prioritizing responsibilities based on urgency/importance.
- Attention to detail - Proficiency in paying close attention to details and being thorough in completing tasks.
- Service Oriented – Actively look for ways to help people and consistently exceed customer expectations.
- Communication – Will need to communicate clearly with other department personnel to obtain knowledge and information to solve customer-related issues.
- Motivated – Willing to learn and having the desire to assist with customer requests.
- Experience with HVAC, commercial refrigeration, and/or Sage 100 is a plus!
