Oculus Health is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for local and/or travel contract assignments at our partner facility in Charlottesville, VA.
This opportunity offers flexible scheduling and consistent weekly hours for nurses who want to stay local or take advantage of travel‑eligible pay packages.
Contract Details:
- $45.00 per hour
- 12-week assignment
- 12‑hour shifts: 7:00AM-7:00PM, 7:00PM-7:00AM
- Minimum of 36 hours per week, including every other weekend
Travel Nurses are Welcome!
- If you're located 100+ miles from the facility, travel pay rates are available: earn up to $2, 000 per week—let’s discuss!

Qualifications of an LPN:
- Active LPN license (State of Virginia or compact)
- Completion of accredited LPN certification program
- CPR/BLS certification
- Familiarity with PCC (Point Click Care) system

- 1 Valid ID (either Driver's license, Passport, Permanent Resident Card or work eligibility IDs)
- Social Security card
- LPN license and registration (State of Virginia)
- Voided Check/Direct Deposit from the bank – for payroll
- 2 reference letters / references to call
- Covid Vaccination Card / Signed Exemption/Declination Form
- BLS/ CPR
- TB Test (PPD/QuantiFERON) – at least within the last 12 months
