What You’ll Do Day to Day:
Serve as a primary point of contact for customers with questions across multiple product lines

Review accounts to ensure coverage is aligned as customers’ needs change

Identify gaps or opportunities where additional protection may be beneficial

Support policy changes, renewals, billing questions, and claims follow-up

Document activity accurately to ensure continuity and compliance

Participate in office initiatives that improve customer experience and retention

What You Bring to the Team:
Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex topics simply

Curiosity and willingness to learn multiple insurance products

Organization, attention to detail, and follow-through

Comfort managing multiple types of customer requests in a fast-paced environment

Previous insurance, customer service, or sales experience preferred

Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses (or willingness to obtain with agency support)
