As a Front of House Team Member at Vicious Biscuit, you will play a crucial role in ensuring excellent customer service and hospitality. You will be the face of the restaurant, interacting with customers and assisting in creating a positive dining experience.
*Duties*
- Greet customers warmly
- Energetically take customer orders accurately and enter them into the POS system
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house area
- Assist in food and beverage service to customers
- Provide exceptional hospitality and address customer inquiries or concerns promptly
*Skills*
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to memorize the Vicious Biscuit menu and ingredients
- Technology Friendly
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Understanding of food safety practices
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and co-workers
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 35 per week
