The Homewood Suites by Hilton in Eagle, Idaho is hiring for the position of Auditor. This is a graveyard shift typically from 11:00pm to 7:00am.
SHIFT: 11:00pm - 7:00am Sunday - Thursday
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: checking guests in and out of the hotel, making reservations, answering guest’s questions and trying to resolve any potential guest issues; and, above all, providing outstanding customer service to all of our valued guests. Additional responsibilities include, but not limited to, preforming nightly tasks for end-of-day reporting and balancing.
As with all our positions at the hotel, we are seeking an individual that will be self-motivated, work well in a team environment and consider providing top notch customer service a pivotal component of their job. Previous hotel experience is not necessary, we will train the right candidate. Must be able to work 11:00pm to 7:00am, and available for weekends and holidays, as necessary.
