Job Summary:
Safety Services Company is looking for a dynamic Sales Representative with a proven track record of continued success in a fast-paced sales environment. The ideal candidate will be driven and goal-oriented. We are looking for strong closing ambitious individuals who will succeed in a cold calling/outbound sales environment.
How our Sales Representative spends their time:

Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails; self generated prospecting-This role requires self-generated prospecting activity.

Services new and existing accounts with the potential to upsell and stay up-to-date on all products and requirements as needed;

Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services;

Adapt/Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction and profitability;

Ability to meet project sales targets (quota, turnover, call statistics) as outlined by Sales Management;

Ability to take advantage of all opportunities to sell Safety Services Company products and services to customers by following our customer needs sales practices.

Qualifications:
-
High School Diploma or equivalent required;

1 year of call center experience in a sales environment required;

Experience working in a CRM – Salesforce preferred.

Excellent Communication and Collaboration Skills – Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners / customers.

Proficient in Microsoft Suite – Ability to work proficiently in MS Outlook, Teams, PPT, Word, and Excel.
