Midwest Co-Pack LLC is a family-owned company located right here in Winona. We manufacture sweet gummy candy on state-of-the-art machinery and are currently expanding our staff.
General Labor Duties and Responsibilities
Job Duties:
- Inspect, pack, palletize product.
- Support Food Safety Practices.
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices.
- Perform daily and weekly cleaning.
- Must be willing and able to work overtime, as needed.
- Follow established plant operating and cleaning procedures.
- Assist with On-the-Job training of new and existing employees.
- Cover vacations and overtime as needed or required.
- Assist other positions and departments, as needed.
- Perform other work as assigned.
- Inspect, set up of polish and sanding equipment, polish and sanding level monitoring, dry room monitoring, collect, complete, and correct paperwork, with scale setup and control.
- Assist other positions and departments, as needed.
· Perform other duties as assigned by management, including providing operational support such as assisting with packing on production lines as needed to meet production demands.

Shift Hours - 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm M-F
*** Training will be 6:00 am to 2:00 pm for several weeks before transitioning to 2nd shift
