Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and organized Warehouse Technician to support our warehouse operations and equipment rental program. This role is responsible for maintaining inventory, inspecting and servicing equipment, assisting customers, and ensuring our warehouse and office facilities remain clean, organized, and professional.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and takes pride in maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Inspect, clean, test, and troubleshoot cleaning equipment and rental returns.
- Identify damaged or malfunctioning equipment and report maintenance needs.
- Prepare equipment for customer rentals and internal use.
- Assist customers with rental inquiries, equipment inspections, and return processing.
- Provide basic equipment operation and maintenance guidance to customers.
- Organize and maintain cleaning supplies, equipment, and warehouse inventory.
- Monitor, receive, stock, and store incoming materials and equipment.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
- Clean and maintain the warehouse and office.
- Sweep and mop, Clean and sanitize restrooms, & replace trash liners daily.
- Maintain the cleanliness of both upstairs and downstairs workspaces.
- Ensure common areas remain clean, professional, and presentable.
- Perform office and warehouse-related errands as needed.
- Assist with deliveries, pickups, and operational support tasks.
- Support special projects and other duties assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability.
- Customer service experience is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented.

Physical Requirements
This position requires regular standing, walking, lifting, carrying, bending, kneeling, reaching, and operating tools and equipment. Employees must be able to safely lift up to 50 pounds and work in a warehouse environment with moderate noise levels while meeting deadlines and maintaining safety standards.
