We are seeking a skilled and dependable Stair Installer / Finish Carpenter to join a fast-growing construction company specializing in custom stair systems and interior finish carpentry. Responsibilities
- Install stair rail systems, handrails, posts, balusters, and trim components
- Perform stair remodels and finish carpentry work in residential homes
- Read measurements and layout stair components accurately
- Use power tools and carpentry equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain clean and professional job sites
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Deliver high-quality workmanship and attention to detail
Qualifications
- Previous experience in stair installation, finish carpentry, or related trade required
- Strong understanding of carpentry tools and installation techniques
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in active construction environments
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
