Our Vision
ATMOS is a trailblazing technology-based financial services firm. We deliver exceptional services with honesty, integrity and professionalism. We’re here to help entrepreneurs and business leaders achieve their dreams with the knowledge that their financial and compliance requirements are completely taken care of.
We believe that business owners should have support that allows them to focus on the future and on increasing the value of their company. We believe that precise and immediate financial results, insights, and guidance are critical for business owners to realize their potential. We believe that connected technology is best suited to quickly and accurately capture and process data, and that people should be engaged in data entry as little as possible.
We believe in matching our destiny to our client’s successes, which is why we charge based on value, not based on time.
We see problems as opportunities, and we say “no” to working with companies that do not share our vision so we can give our attention to those that do.
We believe that our sum is greater than any one of us and that, together, we will increase the rate of private company success.
Our Mission
We deliver exceptional financial and professional services with honesty, integrity and professionalism.
We always remain humble so that our clients feel comfortable explaining their challenges and opportunities. We believe that a full and complete understanding of our clients’ circumstances and backgrounds enables us to fulfill their accounting and tax requirements beyond their expectations.
We engage in mindful collaboration with our clients so that we can understand their goals and objectives along with their fears and challenges. We seek out strategic alliances for our clients to ensure growth and opportunity.
We give business owners the tools, information, and guidance they need to thrive, grow revenues, manage costs, make more informed decisions, and focus on what matters the most – the comprehensive welfare of themselves and their families.
Our Core Values
- Humility: We are open to feedback and constructive criticism. We allow ourselves to be vulnerable, which enables us to be open with our own ideas and feedback to each other and to our clients and suppliers, knowing that rejection only gives us a chance to learn and to try again. We always show respect to others and value the work done by them.
- Accountable: We own our words, actions, and attitudes, whether they contributed positively or negatively. We are honest, open, and transparent. We do the things we say we will do. When we fail, we admit it frankly, and diligently seek to make the situation right.
- Positivity: We have a can-do attitude, which contributes to an infectious enthusiasm and energy that propels others forward. We see obstacles as opportunities. We have a positive outlook, and see perceived negatives as a chance for growth and education.
- Curiosity: We ask questions, challenge assumptions, and seek out new perspectives. We seek to learn new things and we believe that there are always better ways of doing things just waiting to be discovered.
- Commitment: We are completely committed to the success of our clients, our fellow team members, and ourselves. We do what we need to do to get past our challenges, no matter what. We do not give up when the going is tough.
