Responsibilities:
What You'll Do:

Serve as the first point of contact for employees, visitors, and guests at our corporate office

Sit at the front desk and provide a professional, welcoming experience for everyone who enters the office

Answer, screen, and direct corporate office phone calls

Receive and distribute packages, mail, and deliveries
-
Take and process patient referrals
-
Assist with physician orders and follow up with physician offices

Provide administrative support to our clinical, corporate, and office teams
-
Manage important documents, records, and office processes

Communicate with patients, families, physicians, employees, and healthcare professionals
-
Help support the daily operations of our Home Health agency

What We're Looking For:

High school diploma or GED

Previous office or administrative experience

Healthcare office experience preferred

Strong communication and organizational skills

A professional and welcoming personality

Ability to multitask and work independently

Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
