We are seeking a highly organized, hands-on Property Manager / Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of short-term rental properties. This role is responsible for ensuring homes are clean, maintained, and guest-ready at all times while coordinating vendors, communicating with property owners, and driving operational efficiency.
This is a fast-paced, detail-oriented role ideal for someone who thrives in operations, problem-solving, and managing multiple moving parts.
**This is a 1099 position that requires use of your personal vehicle & technology (phone, computer etc.) -- this is a full-time, salaried position**
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations across a portfolio of properties
- Manage and coordinate cleaners, handymen, and vendors
- Ensure all properties meet cleanliness, maintenance, and brand standards
- Monitor turnovers and resolve issues prior to guest check-in
- Handle escalations related to cleaning, maintenance, or property readiness
- Conduct property inspections and quality control checks
- Manage maintenance workflows and ensure timely resolution of issues
- Communicate directly with property owners regarding updates, issues, and performance
- Onboard new properties, including setup, inspections, and operational readiness
- Track inventory, supplies, and property needs
- Communicate regularly with internal teams regarding property status
- Continuously improve processes and operational efficiency
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple properties and tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills (including owner-facing communication)
- Experience in property management, hospitality, or operations preferred
- Comfortable working with vendors and holding quality standards
- Tech-savvy (comfortable with apps, scheduling tools, and communication platforms)
- Hands-on mindset with willingness to be in the field when needed
- Reliable transportation
Work Environment & Expectations:

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
