Overview
Midwest Institute For Clinical Research® (MICR®*) is looking to add another research study coordinator to its research team. MICR®* is a dedicated, clinical trial site in Indianapolis conducting clinical trials since 1988 (>560 trials) predominantly in the cardio-metabolic area for the pharmaceutical and medical device industries
An interested candidate for the full-time position should have the following qualifications:
1. Medical degree of MA, PA, LPN, or RN with at least 5 years of patient experience
2. 1-2 years of clinical trial experience is preferred.
3. Phlebotomy skills required.
4. Be willing to work weekdays beginning at 6:30AM.

Duties
- Coordinate all aspects of clinical studies, including participant recruitment.
- Submit study required forms to sponsor to initiate a trial.
- Submit study required information to central IRB for trial.
- Develop source documents required for trial in a standardized paper format.
- Collect necessary patient data for each study visit and enter the data in electronic case report forms.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations by safeguarding patient information and maintaining confidentiality throughout the study lifecycle.
- Maintain regulatory binder for trial.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of clinical trials, including FDA regulations, ICH GCP guidelines, and compliance management.
- Proficiency in medical terminology.
- Proficiency in interviewing and interacting with patients.
- Proficiency in obtaining vital signs (e.g. blood pressure, pulse, etc.).
- Excellent phlebotomy skills.
- Experience in processing blood for shipment to labs
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations to ensure patient privacy and data security.
- Motivated, hardworking, and works well with other staff members.
Pay: $50,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
