Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
- Demonstrate product knowledge and provide information on features, benefits, and pricing.
- Process transactions accurately using the POS system, including cash register operations.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor by restocking merchandise and ensuring displays are tidy.
- Utilize retail math skills to assist with inventory management and stock levels.
- Supervise junior staff members when necessary, providing guidance and support in their roles.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism and courtesy.
- Uphold company policies regarding returns, exchanges, and customer service standards.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales or retail sales is preferred.
- Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply to enhance customer communication.
- Strong phone etiquette skills for customer interactions over the phone.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management effectively.
- Familiarity with cash registers and POS systems is advantageous.
