The Opportunity
We're hiring our first Lead Exterior Maintenance Tech — the person who runs point on a two-person crew, represents our brand at the customer's front door, and helps set the standard every tech who joins after you will be trained against.
This isn't just a technician role. You'll run the job site, talk directly to homeowners, spot and quote additional work on the spot, and take real ownership of how the day goes. If you're good, this is a seat that grows — into a multi-crew foreman role as we scale from one truck to six.
What You'll Do
- Lead a two-person crew through soft washing, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, and window cleaning jobs — residential and light commercial
- Be the face of the Company on-site: greet homeowners, walk the property before and after the job, and represent our brand every time
- Spot and quote add-on work on the spot (upsells, additional services, follow-up jobs) using our price book and quoting guidelines
- Keep the truck, trailer, and equipment inspected, stocked, and job-ready every day
- Follow safety protocols on ladders, chemical handling, and pressure equipment without exception
- Help train and set the standard for new techs as the crew count grows
Schedule
Full-time, Monday–Friday. Expect occasional weekend work and longer weeks during peak season (roughly April through October) when job volume is highest — we'll always give you visibility into the schedule ahead of time.
What We're Looking For
- Prior experience in home services — power washing, landscaping, pest control, pools, HVAC, or a similar field/trades background
- Comfortable talking to homeowners — confident, friendly, and clear communication is a daily part of this job, not an occasional one
- Some sales instinct — you can spot an upsell opportunity and know how to ask for it without being pushy
- Growth-oriented mindset — reliable, coachable, and wants to be more than "just a tech" over time
- Valid driver's license and comfort with physical outdoor work, ladders, and variable weather
- CMS Certification (Certified Pool & Spa Maintenance Specialist) — preferred, not required
- No specific certifications required to start — we'll train you on our equipment, chemicals, and process from day one
Compensation & Incentives
We're offering a competitive hourly base ($24–$28/hour, based on experience), paid weekly — above the national average for this trade — plus commission on upsells and add-on work you close on-site, and performance bonuses tied to things like on-time arrival, customer reviews, and job quality. The better you perform, the more you take home. No cap.
We're hiring immediately. If you're ready to start now, text Brian Leo at 631-358-1506 or apply below
Why Join Now
This is a ground-floor opportunity to be one of our first field leaders as we build out from one crew to six over the next 12-18 months. The technicians who join early and prove themselves are the ones who'll be running multiple crews — or more — as we grow.
