We seek individuals who are quick, accurate, and thrive in a high-energy kitchen environment. You will work hard and have fun, preparing delicious meals with consistency and flair. You're the backbone of our culinary team, ensuring every plate meets our high standards of quality. Here's a glimpse of what you’ll do:
● Follow the KITCHEN CODE
● Follow the recipes as recorded
● Keep walk-in refrigerator clean and organized
● Read a prep sheet
● Monitor all ingredients for quality and freshness
● Use, disassemble, and clean equipment
● Follow proper rotation and storage procedures
● Use proper sanitation guidelines
● Set up and breakdown of your assigned station
● In the absence of a dishwasher, you are responsible for fulfilling those duties.
● Keep the line stocked with all hot products
● Expedite food items as necessary to ensure timely service
● Temp and taste food as needed to ensure quality standards
● Maintain a clean work area
● Keep an organized storeroom
● Exhibit Teamwork
