PLM Administrator
Location: Manhattan, NY or Remote (EST Preferred)

About the Role
We're looking for a detail-oriented PLM Administrator to support seasonal product development activities for a leading global fashion retailer. This role is responsible for maintaining highly accurate product data within the PLM system while partnering closely with Design, Merchandising, Product Development, and cross-functional teams.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with apparel industry experience who enjoys managing complex product information and thrives in a fast-moving environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain product information within the PLM system throughout seasonal development.
- Create and maintain color codes for fabrics, prints, graphics, washes, and colorways.
- Support seasonal library creation and product assortment tracking.
- Manage Style BOMs and ensure product component accuracy.
- Carry over, move, or drop styles as assortments evolve.
- Support sample tracking, costing, production readiness, and purchase order processes.
- Reconcile assortment reports with PLM data.
- Manage approximately 2,500 product colorways per season.
- Participate in milestone meetings and BOM reviews.
- Track action items and communicate project updates with cross-functional partners.
- Maintain process documentation and training materials.
- Serve as a PLM subject matter expert by assisting with troubleshooting and user support.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in the fashion or apparel industry preferred.
- Experience using Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems.
- Strong data management and organizational skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Experience using Microsoft Office and Teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Centric PLM.
- Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and InDesign.
- Experience supporting apparel color management.
- Product Development or Product Coordinator background.
- Experience working with Merchandising or Design teams.
