Job Overview
Jackson, MS | Monday–Friday | No Travel | No Residential Work
D&L is seeking an experienced Industrial HVAC Tech Supervisor to support our growing operations in the Jackson area! This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who excels at troubleshooting complex mechanical systems and working on large-scale industrial equipment in a fast-paced, safety-driven environment.
This is a local position only with consistent weekday hours, no travel and no residential service calls!
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial & industrial HVAC systems
- Perform preventive maintenance (PMs) and system inspections
- Service equipment such as RTUs, split systems, chillers and large-scale mechanical systems
- Communicate clearly with customers and team members on findings and solutions
- Accurately document service work, parts used, and recommendations
- Follow all safety standards and company procedures
- Good with customer relations, safety and organization
Requirements
- 5+ years of HVAC service experience (commercial/industrial preferred)
- EPA Universal Certification (required)
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Experience with commercial HVAC equipment and service calls
- Valid driver’s license (required with no DUIs in last 3 years)
- Ability to pass a drug screen
