Job Summary:
We are seeking certified lifeguards to join our team and support the camps, events and parties held at the pool and lake. In this role, you will be responsible for being alert, enforcing safety rules, and rescuing if needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Closely monitoring pool and lake activities, identifying any safety issues throughout the shift
- Directing swimmers out of the water in dangerous conditions
- Organizing and overseeing pool activities
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and following all safety protocols
Required Qualifications:
- Lifeguard Certification
- First Aid Certification
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Ability to follow all safety rules and PPE requirements
