Overview: The Concrete Finisher will work on public and private projects, operate
screeds, finish concrete with hand or powered tools, set forms, prepare bases,
install reinforcing, cut joints, place embeds and fixtures, apply decorative finishes,
and use hardening or sealing compounds as needed. This role also supports job-
site labor, follows company policies and procedures, and prioritizes safety in all
work.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Smooth, finish, treat, and restore concrete surfaces.
- Read, understand, and follow project plans and documents.
- Perform physical tasks including lifting, climbing, balancing, stooping,
- kneeling, crouching, crawling, and reaching.
- Manage multiple tasks and exercise independent judgment on daily project
- work.
- Work well in a team and communicate effectively.
- Perform other construction duties as needed.
Experience: Construction: 1 year required
Job Type:
- Full-time
- 8-10 hour shift
- Monday-Friday
- Overtime as needed
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
