Average shift is 6-10 hours, depending on travel time, and mostly on Friday and Saturday evenings. This is a great second job or part time Summer job. Although this job is seasonal, it could be long term as we have been in business for over a decade with only plans to grow in Oregon. Join our team of movie event hosts.
General requirements: You must be 18, a legal driver with your own vehicle. You must be comfortable with driving at night. Many events will be in the Portland area, but we cover all of Oregon. You must be a self starter able to work on your own without supervision. You must be able to lift 65 pounds, and be able to load your own vehicle. You must be capable of cheerful and confident customer service. You must be reliable with strong communication skills.
Basic scenario: arrive at storage in Corvallis, clock in, load up and drive to event location ON TIME. Once there you lay out and setup. Start movie ON TIME. After movie tear down, pack up and return to storage. Clock out. Our training is both online and on-location.
Truck, SUV or Minivan with towing capabilities will provide most opportunities for scheduling.
Pay is $20/hour after training plus mileage. Tips are optional but can be very generous, so customer relation is key to great event and tips. Check us out at funflicks.com
