Armor Auto Sales is looking for a friendly, outgoing, and motivated bilingual (English/Spanish) team member to join our growing dealership. This position is much more than collections—we're looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, helping people, and becoming a key part of our long-term growth.
As our Hispanic customer base continues to grow, we're looking for someone who can communicate confidently in both English and Spanish while providing outstanding customer service. The right candidate will have the opportunity to grow into additional responsibilities, including assisting customers through the vehicle purchasing process.

- Monday–Friday
- 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers regarding account payments and payment arrangements.
- Build positive, long-term relationships with customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service in both English and Spanish.
- Help customers find solutions while maintaining company policies.
- Follow up with customers by phone, text, and email.
- Maintain accurate account notes and customer records.
- Assist with insurance verification and other account-related needs.
- As you grow with the company, assist customers throughout the vehicle buying process.
What We're Looking For
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (required).
- Friendly, outgoing, and confident speaking with people.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Positive attitude with a desire to help others.
- Self-motivated and dependable.
- Organized and able to multitask.
- Comfortable using computers and learning dealership software.
- Collections, sales, or customer service experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person.
