KHC Environmental is looking for hardworking, dependable Laborers to join our erosion control team. This is a physically demanding, outdoor position installing silt fence, seeding, straw matting, and performing other erosion control work on commercial construction sites.

Responsibilities
- Install silt fence on commercial construction sites
- Seed and straw/mat disturbed areas
- Load, unload, and transport materials and tools
- Assist with site preparation and cleanup
- Work safely around construction equipment and active job sites
- Follow directions from Crew Leaders and Superintendents
- Perform other labor duties as needed
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physically demanding work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Erosion Control experience is a plus, but not required—we will train the right person
