The condominium requires an experienced, professional Concierge to take over guest services management on a on-call part-time basis. We’re looking for a Concierge who understands the value of excellent customer service and can provide resort-level service to all our guests. The successful candidate will report to the Site Manager and work with the management staff to ensure prompt responses to guests’ inquiries and to notify the appropriate party immediately of issues and other concerns. Temporary Hours:
Monday - 4:30pm - 9:00pm
Tuesday - 4:30pm - 9:00pm
Wednesday - 4:30pm - 9:00pm
Sunday - 4:00pm - 9:00pm
Saturday - 4:00pm - 9:00pm
Concierge responsibilities:
-Greet guests at the front desk and make suggestions for entertainment, dining and other engagements as appropriate
-Routinely patrol property via foot to look for any unusual activity
-Screen all visitors to include vendors
-Send email, deliver packages, answer calls, etc,
Concierge qualifications and skills:
-1+ years’ experience in the hospitality/hotel/residential industry
-Highly refined verbal communication skills
-Pleasant phone manner
-Basic knowledge of area
-Strong People & Customer Service skills
-Must be flexible to work additional shifts/days
-Must be punctual and dependable
