LOW CASELOADS
We prioritize quality of care over quantity of clients. With a lower caseload, you’ll have more time for clinical decision-making, data analysis, treatment planning, BT/RBT support, and meaningful collaboration with families.
UP TO $12,500 IN BONUSES
Your hard work should be rewarded. In addition to your regular compensation, you can earn up to $12,500 in additional bonuses.
FLEXIBLE EMPLOYMENT OPTIONS
We don’t believe every BCBA needs to fit into the same box. Opportunities may include:
- Full-Time Salaried (90k-110k)
- Full-Time Hourly ($80-$100 an hour)
- Part-Time ($80-$100 an hour)

What We’re Looking For:
- Current BCBA certification (or scheduled exam!, line up a role for when you are certified!)
- Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- NC BCBA licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure (we compensate for this cost!)
Newly certified BCBAs are welcome! Clinical mentorship and support are available as you continue developing your skills.
