Respond promptly and professionally to maintenance service requests to ensure resident satisfaction
Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, and safety systems in residential properties
Perform a variety of electrical repairs, including lighting fixtures, outlets, and laundry equipment
Inspect, maintain, and repair mechanical systems to ensure optimal performance
Conduct routine building cleaning and general maintenance tasks
Install, repair, or replace flooring, stairs, piping, and other structural components as needed
Repair and paint doors, windows, walls, ceilings, and roofs, maintaining both functionality and appearance
Service and maintain HVAC systems, including air conditioning and heating units
Carry out various general maintenance tasks and repairs to ensure property standards are met
Any additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
Valid Texas Driver’s License with a clean driving record required.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Type 1 HVAC Certification a plus
Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in a similar maintenance or technician role
Proven experience with plumbing and electrical systems, including troubleshooting and repair
Proficient in the use of hand tools, hardware, and power equipment
Highly organized with strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and task completion
Comfortable with driving to multiple job sites throughout the DFW area and surrounding regions
Strong technical skills combined with a keen eye for detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
