About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate, board-certified (or board-eligible) Rheumatologist to join our growing medical team. The Rheumatologist will diagnose, treat, and manage patients with rheumatic diseases, autoimmune conditions, musculoskeletal disorders, and chronic inflammatory conditions. The ideal candidate is a patient-focused physician who thrives in a collaborative, multidisciplinary care environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient and inpatient consultation for rheumatologic conditions (e.g., rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, gout, scleroderma, vasculitis, psoriatic arthritis).
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests such as blood work, imaging, and joint aspiration.
- Develop and oversee treatment plans including medications, infusions, and lifestyle interventions.
- Perform joint injections/aspirations and other rheumatology procedures.
- Collaborate with primary care physicians and specialists to coordinate patient care.
- Document all encounters in the EMR in a timely and compliant manner.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education.
- Educate patients and families on disease management and treatment adherence.
Qualifications
- MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
- Completion of Internal Medicine residency and Rheumatology fellowship.
- Board-certified/eligible in Rheumatology (ABIM or equivalent).
- Current, unrestricted medical license in [State] or eligibility to obtain.

Pay: $250,000.00 - $400,000.00 per year
