The purpose of a Wellness Concierge is to facilitate the most positive and enjoyable experience for each member. Through our training, the Wellness Concierge staff will be able to perform the daily functions seamlessly.
The Wellness Concierge staff are responsible for maintaining the smooth daily operations of the studio. They are primarily based behind the front desk to greet members, answer questions, provide tours, sell memberships and information and ensure that the lobby is up to TruFusion’s high standards of cleanliness. The Wellness Concierge must represent the face and image of TruFusion at all times.
The goals of this job are as follows:
1. Follow all policies and procedures outlined in the training to ensure that the studio runs as smoothly as possible.
2. Sell memberships
3. Maintain the highest standard of cleanliness at all times.
4. Use your own positive mood and bright energy to boost the mood and elevate the experience of every client who enters TruFusion.
5. Have a detailed knowledge of classes, memberships, events, and services offered by TruFusion.
Duties:
- Provide information pertaining to the studio to each and every client executing with the best customer service.
- Provide tours, deliver sales pitch and convert memberships daily.
- Multitask with various duties including answering phone calls, signing up members for specials and packages, cleaning the lobby and organizing the front desk area.
- Handle laundry, rental mats and other basic cleaning tasks.
- Understand the high-level customer service that TruFusion strives for and the basic sales concepts.
- Handle all monetary transactions for each client.
- Be ready to handle specific vital jobs and tasks as issued by the Manager.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
