Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic, results-driven General Manager to lead the overall operations of Sky Zone and create an exceptional experience for every guest. The General Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of park operations, including safety, guest experience, team development, sales performance, memberships, labor management, food and beverage operations, birthday parties, events, and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead all daily park operations, ensuring a safe, clean, and engaging environment for guests and team members.
- Drive revenue growth through memberships, birthday parties, group events, retail sales, food & beverage, and special events.
- Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop management and hourly team members while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Oversee scheduling, labor management, payroll, and staffing to achieve financial and operational goals.
- Ensure full compliance with all company policies, safety standards, health regulations, and operational procedures.
- Monitor and improve guest satisfaction by delivering exceptional customer service and resolving guest concerns professionally.
- Manage park budgets, financial reporting, cash handling, inventory control, purchasing, and expense management.
- Oversee food and beverage operations, inventory levels, ordering, and cost controls.
- Ensure all attractions, equipment, and facilities are maintained to the highest standards through preventative maintenance and vendor coordination.
- Analyze business performance using KPIs, including sales, labor, memberships, party sales, food & beverage performance, guest satisfaction, and operational metrics.
- Develop and execute local marketing initiatives alongside corporate marketing to increase community engagement and drive traffic.
- Build strong relationships within the local community through schools, businesses, nonprofits, and community organizations.
- Lead daily manager meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews to develop future leaders.
- Ensure all managers and team members complete required training, certifications, and compliance programs.
- Maintain operational excellence by conducting regular inspections, audits, and quality assurance reviews.
- Respond quickly and effectively to emergencies, incidents, and guest safety concerns.
Qualifications & Skills
- 3+ years of General Manager or multi-unit management experience in family entertainment, hospitality, restaurants, retail, amusement, or similar high-volume operations.
- Proven leadership experience managing large teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, labor planning, P&L management, and cost control.
- Experience with scheduling, payroll, inventory management, POS systems, and operational reporting.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities.
- Demonstrated ability to recruit, develop, and retain high-performing teams.
- Passion for creating memorable guest experiences and building a positive team culture.
- Ability to analyze business trends and implement action plans that improve operational performance.
- Comfortable working evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak business periods.
- CPR/First Aid Certification and Food Handler Certification (or ability to obtain) preferred.
