NJ Institute For Pain Relief LLC is a multidisciplinary healthcare practice treating acute and chronic pain through pain management, sports medicine, chiropractic care, physical therapy, orthopedic surgery, and spine surgery, including noninvasive procedures.

We are seeking a prior authorization & eligibility specialist for our pain management group to join our team in Cranford, New Jersey.
As a prior authorization & eligibility specialist, some of your job duties will include:

Verifying patient insurance eligibility and benefits for medical services, procedures, and medications.

Obtaining prior authorizations and pre-certifications from insurance companies for scheduled treatments and procedures.

Reviewing insurance requirements to ensure compliance with payer guidelines and policies.

Communicating with physicians, clinical staff, and patients regarding authorization status and insurance coverage.

High School Degree

2+ Years Experience (pain management and/or orthopedics experience a plus)
